My son (Garrett) is 16 years old and has a benign brain tumor.  He was taking anti seizure medicine that was no longer effective, so he began having 8-9 seizures each day last year.  He had surgery on November 8th to remove the tumor and is doing very well.  Although he had brain surgery as a toddler, he was still very apprehensive about it this time.  My Mom (his Grandmother) gave him your Courage Pendant and he loves it!!!  He wore it leading up to surgery and I held it the 9 hours he was in surgery.  It was the first thing he asked for afterwards and immediately put it back on.  We happened to meet a 10 year old boy (Nick) who was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor.  His was malignant and it was a scary time for him (and his family).  Garrett decided we should buy him the same courage pendant, so we did.  Nick loved his necklace and wore it leading up to surgery, just as Garrett had done.  It provided him with a sense of comfort and was such a help during a difficult time.  Garrett and I are thinking we could start a "courage club" at our local Children's Hospital.  We were wondering if Bob Siemon Designs would be willing to help us with the cost of these necklaces.  We know we could do some fundraising, but interested to see if there was anything your company could do to help with the cost?  Please feel free to contact us so we can discuss further.  We are very passionate about this and feel as though God has led us to do this for other children.  Thanks so much for your help.  We look forward to speaking with someone.

God Bless,

Cindy Stout
